Ten reviews from this year beat forty from three years ago.

Most small businesses I meet do good work and have happy customers, and still sit at a dozen reviews, half of them years old. It's rarely because customers don't want to leave one. It's because nobody asked. I build the system that fixes that.

Why it matters for ranking

Reviews aren't just trust signals. They're ranking signals.

Google weighs review count, rating, and recency when deciding who shows up in the map pack. A business with 80 reviews at 4.6 stars will usually outrank one with 12 reviews at 4.9 stars. Volume and freshness both matter, which is why a one-time push doesn't work as well as a steady habit.

The system

Four steps, about 30 minutes to set up.

Nothing complicated. Just a repeatable process most businesses never got around to building.

1

Get the real review link

A direct link to your review box, not your Google profile homepage, shortened so it's easy to text, print on a receipt, or add to an email signature.

2

Build the ask into your workflow

The right moment is right after a good experience, while it's still fresh. I help you figure out where that moment happens in your business and build a habit around it.

3

Text it, don't email it

Texts get read. Emails get ignored. I set up simple templates so asking takes ten seconds, not ten minutes of thinking about what to say.

4

Automate it if you want to

Once the manual process works, a review request can go out automatically after a job's marked complete or a payment clears. No app to check, no reminder to set.

Where this fits

Pairs best with a clean listing.

Reviews land on your Google Business Profile, so if that listing is unclaimed, half-filled, or has the wrong category, the reviews you earn won't do as much work. Most clients set up the Google Business Profile first, then build the review system on top of it. The main SEO page covers how everything fits together.

Pricing

Fixed price for the setup, automation quoted separately.

Getting the link, templates, and process set up is usually a one-time job. If you want texts or emails going out automatically after a job's done, I quote that separately based on what tools you already use.

Common questions

Can you get me fake reviews or pay for reviews?

No, and I wouldn't recommend it if I could. Google can detect and penalize purchased or incentivized reviews, and it can tank a listing that was doing fine on its own. Everything here is about making it easy for your real, happy customers to say so.

I have almost no reviews. Where do I even start?

Most businesses in that spot aren't doing badly, they're just not asking. The system on this page is built for exactly that starting point. Most clients go from a stale count to 30 or 40 new reviews within a few months just from asking consistently.

What about a bad review? Should I respond?

Yes, always, calmly and specifically. Google and customers both notice when a business responds to criticism professionally. I help you set up response templates for both good and bad reviews so you're never staring at a blank box deciding what to say.

How is this different from the Google Business Profile service?

The profile page is about the listing itself: categories, photos, hours, service areas. This page is specifically about the system for getting more reviews onto that listing on an ongoing basis. Most clients do both together.

What does this cost?

The system setup is usually a one-time fixed price. If you want it automated with texts or emails going out on their own, that's quoted separately based on what tools you're already using.
