Pricing questions
What if my project doesn't fit any of the tiers?
We talk it through and I'll quote it custom. The tiers are starting points, not a maze. Most projects fit cleanly. Some don't. That's fine.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Typically 50% to start, with the balance due at launch for project work. Strategy sessions and care plans are billed up front.
What's not included?
Domain registration, third-party software fees (hosting, email service, etc.), and stock photography if you need it. I'm always upfront about these costs in the proposal.
Do you offer payment plans?
For projects over $2,000, yes. We can usually break the balance into 2 or 3 payments tied to project milestones.
